Dr. Dean Spingola is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with over two decades of experience. Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. Spingola is proud to return to his hometown to serve the community as part of the Petcash Oral Surgery team. 

After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Spingola went on to receive his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He completed his internship and residency at Allegheny General Hospital and pursued advanced training through a fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 

Prior to relocating back to Pennsylvania, Dr. Spingola spent over 20 years practicing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area as a partner of Northern Texas Facial & Oral Surgery. He was voted as a top oral surgeon in Dallas by “D Magazine” for the past 12 years, respected in the medical community, serving as chairman of the board at Baylor Las Colinas Surgical Hospital and is actively involved in many professional organizations.  

Outside the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Christina, and their children. His hobbies include physical fitness, golf and following his favorite sports teams.
