Very professional building. Parking area and entrance were clean and non cluttered. Waiting room was bright and clean. The 2 receptionists were friendly and efficient. My wait time was brief. The exam room technician was cheerful and efficient as she took an x-ray. After reviewing the x-ray, Dr Petcash assured me that the procedure should not pose complications, he made me feel confident in his abilities. The anesthetic injections were not uncomfortable. The procedure itself seemed very smooth, I couldn't tell that the process was finished. There was no pain during the surgery or at anytime during the week following the surgery. Dr Petcash and his staff had a very calming effect on this patient, I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Dr Petcash for oral surgery.
